The C130 was a painful learning curve for me. Outside factors meant I created the wrecked version first, I made 30+ meshes our environment team used to create the Crash sites in HLLV. With an initial minimum of 3 possible variants, I created a kit that could be used to create a variety of unique crashed C130s. My personal issue with the kit was that it required learning completely new workflows, I needed to quickly and promptly adopt a primarily Atlas-based method of approach.
Later in development, I was tasked with making an intact counterpart for our environment team. Luckily I was able to return to my comforts and create a baked asset, however this was on a much larger scale to what I was used to. Due to technical complications outside of my control I was concerned on how I would replicate the classic " 'Nam" paintjob, but with a lot of trial and error I was able to create a much more colourful piece this time round.
Special credit to our Lead, Dan, for his consistent mentorship, leadership and support.

Massive thanks to the feedback and support from the Hard Surface team of HLLV, it's been a incredible opportunity to work with every one of them:
